Getting set up and ready to switch over with us is simple. You will have a dedicated project coordinator with you step by step until you launch.
They will continuously check in with you and make sure you know what we need and answer every single question, even the ones you don’t want to ask!

When you start out with us, you will receive one-to-one training with a Product Specialist for all staff on how to use all aspects of School Spider.
If you need refresher training, we offer unlimited free weekly sessions which you can book at any time. Alongside all of our useful resource downloads and tutorial videos.
